Welcome to the Remote Sensing of Climate Group

    Research in this area involves studies of the effects of clouds on atmospheric radiative transfer and diagnosis of cloud effects on the Earth's radiation budget, including the partitioning of planetary heating between the surface and atmosphere. Development and application of advanced analysis methods are designed to diagnose cloud-radiative feedbacks on weather and climate.
